Advanced PPF Software for Precision Installation
Our dedicated PPF software provides access to thousands of precisely engineered patterns for a wide range of vehicles. SunTek consistently updates its database, ensuring we always have the latest vehicle templates for accurate, high-quality installations.
In-House Precision Cutting
We use a Graphtec FC9000 160 plotter to cut PPF patterns on-site, allowing us to:
- Customise installations by removing sections for badges, parking sensors, or other vehicle-specific features.
- Extend and wrap edges where possible to create a seamless, nearly invisible application.
- Ensure precise fitting that follows manufacturer specifications while allowing flexibility for customised protection.
Replaceable Panels for Cost-Effective Repairs
In the event of damage, individual panels can be replaced, making repairs more cost-effective and efficient without needing a full reinstallation.
Comprehensive Surface Preparation
Before applying SunTek PPF, we perform an intensive cleaning process to ensure maximum adhesion and longevity. This includes:
- Deep cleaning of door shuts, bonnet edges, panel gaps, and intricate areas.
- Decontaminating and degreasing all surfaces to remove waxes, oils, and contaminants.
Professional Installation Process
- Slip Solution Application: The film is installed using a specialised slip solution that allows precise positioning before adhesion.
- Panel Alignment: The PPF is positioned correctly, and corner tacking ensures a secure fit.
- Squeeze Application: The slip solution is carefully removed to eliminate air bubbles and ensure perfect bonding.
- Drying & Final Inspection: The vehicle is left overnight to allow the film to set properly.
Post-Installation Quality Check & Final Adjustments
- A return visit is required between 2-4 weeks after installation to check for proper film settlement and make any necessary adjustments or refinements.
SunTek PPF Warranty Coverage
All SunTek PPF installations are backed by a manufacturer-backed 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling. Warranty registration is required by the end user to activate coverage.
